We adopted our daughter in HCMC Vn in 2000. Over the next 10 years we lost contact with the birth family. In spite of writing and having people who traveled here to look for them, we could not find them. We brought our daughter to see her home country as an 18th birthday gift. While traveling, it occurred to me that a PI firm might help. We had only 5 days left in our trip when I contacted Zele. They conducted a thorough and quick investigation and we not only located the birth family but were able meet and spend the day with them. Well done!

Zele Investigators just completed a successful investigation to find our daughter’s biological mother. It’s always challenging to hire someone over the internet, send funds, and hope you’ve made the right choice. We did make the right choice in Zele, and we couldn’t be happier with the result. At every turn, Zele was communicative, responsive, straight forward, easy to work with, understood the parameters of our (complicated) case, and delivered on their promises. In fact, it was so easy and fast at the beginning that I wondered if it was too good to be true.Because we relied so heavily on the reviews when making our selection of investigation firm, I’m sharing some of our details here. We initially contacted Zele on Feb. 4 with the details of our case. They replied (always) within 14 hours and gave us the fee schedule. We paid 50% up front, paid an additional amount due to the fact that we suspected the biological mother was in a province 8 hours away from Saigon requiring travel on the investigator’s part, and paid the final 50% when the investigation was completed (final payment due before the report was released to us). Our full bill when completely done was USD $1308. The report was completed by Mar. 11, was very thorough, included 14 pages, a written report, corroborating evidence, and photographs.In the end, of course, the best part is that we’ve found the woman who gave our daughter life, we can send her photos and letters so she’ll finally know her daughter is safe, happy, and well loved, and we may be able to meet someday in person. Worth every penny.

They provided a complete summary of their work , and provided dates and pictures. Unfortunately the person I was trying to investigate lied to me and was not even in that city.
